My passion for mindfulness, self-care and nature is at the core of my guidance and courses. With over 20 years of experience as a family therapist, behavioral scientist and school psychologist, counseling and guiding children, adolescents, parents and other adults and professionals, I help you find moments of peace and joy in your life.

Hello, I'm Nathalie (1978) a mentor, coach and educator who now focuses on mindfulness, self-compassion and nature.
Together we explore themes of personal growth, self-discovery and recovery. I believe in the importance of slowing down, reconnecting with who you are and nurturing your own needs.
Often these are small changes that can make a big difference.
Maybe you're learning to say no without guilt, want to schedule time for yourself to rest and gain energy, or want to explore if there are set patterns and thoughts that really don't fit now.
From experience, I know that those small changes work actually quite well. About 10 years ago when I was in my mid-30s, after years of working in (mental) health care and education, I experienced for myself the challenges of a high workload. And tried to combine this with being a mother. Motivated by my own search for peace and balance, I now embrace mindful living, nature and my own creativity as sources of joy and calm.
It is an honor to stand beside you as you find your way to inner peace and happiness. Imagine how it would feel to no longer be rushed by your schedule, but to truly enjoy every moment.
