Hello, I'm Nathalie
I give coaching, courses and workshops in the Netherlands. I am also a mother of two teenagers and I paint.
Having worked for over 20 years as a family therapist, behavioral scientist and school psychologist, I know how important and difficult it can be not only to help others, but also to take good care of yourself and follow your own wishes.
I decided to take a different path to find more calm and ease and to listen to what I really needed. Meanwhile, mindful living, self-care, nature and creativity have become the basis of my business Natural Harmonious Living. In this way I help people like you to find energy, calm and restoration, so that you can be in life more often with a smile on your face and with more joy.
